Stagepact puts every event on one plan. The client, the organiser, each vendor, logistics and the venue sign their own share. Each scope is proven with photos, and the money is held by a licensed escrow holder until that scope is accepted.
Fees are shown to every party before anyone signs.

What Stagepact is
One plan, every signature, money released on acceptance
Every party signs its share
One plan holds every scope, date and amount. Each party signs only its own share, and every change is a new version that the affected parties sign again.
Every scope is proven with photos
Vendors upload photo proof when a scope is delivered. The organiser cannot accept a scope without it.
Money is held until the work is accepted
The client funds each installment with a licensed escrow holder, not with us. A scope’s money is released only when that scope is accepted.
How it works
Escrow per scope, in three steps
- Scheduled
Sign the plan
The client, organiser, vendors, logistics and venue sign one versioned plan. Every scope, date and share is fixed, with a short code that identifies the version.
- Held
Fund into escrow
The client funds each installment on its date, or when the scopes it depends on are accepted. The money is held, not spent, and every party can see it.
- Released
Release on acceptance
Vendors upload photo proof. When the organiser accepts a scope, its payout is released, net of commission. A dispute freezes only that scope.

Each package arrives as signed scopes, with its own share and its own photo proof.

Fees
Fees everyone sees before they sign
Each party sees its fee or commission before signing, and again on every payout.

Organiser fee
On each amount the client funds into escrow. Paid by the organiser.
12%
Vendor commission
Deducted from each vendor payout when its scope is accepted.

Logistics commission
Deducted from each logistics payout when its scope is accepted.

- You get a proposal with the scopes, the parties and the schedule. For branded work we send samples or a mock-up.
- When you are ready, everyone signs their share of the plan and the client funds escrow.
